FAQ's About Using the Online Records
1. How do I find my records?
Each pet is given a unique ID code that corresponds to the patient ID number in our hospital. You can find records with this id code. You can see this ID code on any of your ERAH invoices or you can search for it on the online file by your pet's name, your last initial, and the last number of the phone number we have on file for you. .
2. How do you keep my information confidential?
Clients / guests can only access the part of our file that is set aside for client use. Although there is pet information there, there is minimal client information. No addresses or phone numbers are contained (even hidden) within the client access file. The rest of our file is password protected and only Dr. Butera and our staff can access that part of the file. The file is hosted on a secure server in Montreal. Although the pet information is not considered confidential information, if you would rather not have this information available to the public, please just call or email Dr. Butera and she will remove your pet's file from the public database.
